Day: 47, Challenges Remaining: ???

I have realized that it is going to be very difficult to stay healthy with my eating habits while living on the road. I think skipping lunch is going to be a good way for me to solve this problem. Especially since lunch is the only meal I have to pay for - so not spending any money on a day-to-day basis will be very helpful.

Food consumed:
9:00 AM - 1 small bowl of rice crispies

  1. I hope most of your hotels will have gyms that you can take advantage of. I think the secret when eating out is small portions and max veggies. Consider two appetizers instead of a big entree. Ask about half portions or share with one of your new-found friends. Observe what the dancers eat and mimick them (unless of course, they're bulimic!) If you have a chance to buy a bag of fruit or something, grab the opportunity!
